The small Lake Nakuru has become a national park in 1968 for the rich biodiversity that characterizes it. A well represent the bird life is that of the 500 species includes millions of flamingos gathered on the banks and many pelicans settled in the flood plain along the lake to the south. In the park are strictly protected all rhino species in danger, especially the white one, which is sighted with relative ease. Other animals that you encounter there are the other members of the Big Five, giraffe, waterbuck, gazelles, baboons and even lions.
For the record of flamingos I have not seen a single one ... ! On the other hand I have seen many white rhinos and blacks and other beautiful birds!
