Natural Elegance
Greater Kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros) -
Tsavo East NP, Kenya -
[1]
The simple elegance: The Greater Kudu is an antelope that inhabits wooded areas and thickets of East and Southern Africa. Usually, these animals form small flocks consisting of ten individuals of the same sex. It's not very easy to spot.
We are proceeding slowly in Tsavo East NP (Kenya) with the jeep to try and see some wonderful African animal, when suddenly our guide had spotted a familiar figure in the bush and came back quickly. It was not easy to grasp the elegant lines of this young male on a vibrant jeep and proceeds in reverse ... the young male proceeded quietly through a small clearing, and then disappear back into the thick vegetation ...just those few seconds to capture in this shot!
